Mr. Kohlmann is serving as Executive Director of the IBAW and has been involved with the organization for the past seven years.
Steve is a marketing and communication specialist at Heritage Printing / Cultivate Communications in Brookfield, WI. and contributes to the development of campaign strategies, determines project timelines, manages the production process and planning for major initiatives, including interactive and direct marketing, consumer and business-to-business advertising campaigns.
Prior to Heritage, Steve oversaw sales & marketing for a mid-sized printing firm in Milwaukee. Steve has been a regular featured speaker at the Milwaukee Biz Times Expo on Marketing & Communications and has sat as a member of the Business Advisory Council for Special Needs Adoption and United Cerebral Palsy Association of SE Wisconsin. Presently he is a Town Supervisor for the Town of Brookfield where he is also on the to the Tax Assessment Board of Review.
Recently Steve has been appointed to the Community Development Authority (CDA) a government organization overseeing the $150 million dollar Marcus development in Waukesha County known as “The Corners”.

ANN BARRY HANNEMAN is a Principal in Simandl Law Group, S.C.. Ann acts as legal counsel to management in labor and employment law matters, including representing employers in federal and state employment litigation. Ann has successfully tried federal court jury trials, and regularly represents employers in administrative matters as well as federal and state court proceedings. In addition to litigation, Ann’s practice includes advising on employment discrimination, negotiating separation agreements, handling sexual harassment complaints, drafting employee handbooks and developing policies, and managing wage and hour matters and leave requests in compliance with state and federal law.
Ann is a frequent author and speaker on employment law matters and provides management training for companies on such topics as employment discrimination, Family and Medical Leave Act compliance, discipline and discharge, drafting employee handbooks, ADA compliance, and updates on current cases and legislation affecting employment law and human resources. Ann graduated from Marquette University Law School and received her Bachelor of Science, with an Integral Honors Degree, from LeMoyne College.
Ann has served as a past Secretary for the Independent Business Association and has been a Board member since 2008.

Mr. Van Lieshout joined IBAW in 2011 and is the Co-Founder of K&S Technologies, a firm which specializes in identifying, developing, and providing new technologies to clients both domestically and internationally.
Prior to K&S Technologies, Steve as a Registered Professional Engineer has had an extensive career in Sales and Project Management with large SE Wisconsin Design/Build General Contractors in commercial, retail, and educational markets.
Steve is also very active as a long time Board member of the Wisconsin Chapter SCI-First for Hunters, an international organization specializing in conservation, education, and focusing in shooting and hunting activities. Steve also is a licensed muskie guide in Wisconsin.
Steve is a graduate of Marquette University in Civil Engineering.

Mr. Weber has been actively involved with the IBA for over 4 years.
John is President and Owner of Hypneumat Inc. located in Franklin WI, providing industrial automation products and precision machined components. John has over 25 years of manufacturing experience in the metals industry which involved key Senior and Technical management responsibilities.
He graduated from the Milwaukee School of Engineering, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. John also earned his MBA from Cardinal Stritch University.

Mr.Malek is an Accounting and Auditing Manager at Kolb+Co., an accounting firm located in Brookfield, WI. Casey leads engagement teams in performing audits, reviews, compilations, and 401(k) audits, for construction, manufacturing and service industry clients. Casey joined Kolb + Co. in 2007 as an intern and started full-time as an audit staff in 2008. In July of 2010, he was promoted to Accounting and Auditing Senior and promoted to Auditing and Accounting Manager in 2012.
Casey graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater in 2008 with his masters degree in Accounting and is a licensed CPA in the State of Wisconsin.
Casey joined the IBA in July of 2011 as the treasurer. He is also involved with the Kolb Force Volunteer program and was the treasurer of a condominium association for two years from 2009 to 2010.

Ms. Baylor is Vice President, Commercial Banking at Park Bank, a privately owned commercial bank headquartered in Milwaukee. With over 20 years of banking experience, she is a trusted resource for her customers – providing financial solutions unique to each situation; helping to chart a course for financial success; and assisting in managing through an ever-changing economy.
Graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Eastern Michigan University, Heather also completed the Graduate School of Banking program in the top five percent of her class in 2009. For five years, she served as a volunteer on the Health Program committee for United Way and is currently a member of Wisconsin Commercial Real Estate Women and serves on the Finance Committee of the Northwest Side Community Development Corporation.
Heather joined the IBA Board in 2010.

Mr. Hoffman is a past president of IBA and presently heads up IBA’s State & Federal programs. Jeff attended the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater where he graduated with a degree in Business Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate in 2000. Jeff started with Judson & Associates, s.c. as an intern and was promoted to Vice President in 2004.
Jeff has obtained his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and his Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) Designation which are the top designations to achieve in the commercial real estate industry. He is also a graduate of the Leadership Waukesha Program, Board member of the Waukesha Business Alliance, past President of the Rotary Club of New Berlin, Board member of the Commercial Association of Realtors and chair of the Government affairs committee. Jeff has brokered more than 1.4 million square feet in lease transactions and $85,000,000.00 in sales transactions in South East Wisconsin.

Mr. Boelkow has been serving as a director of the IBAW for the past two years and has been involved with the organization for the past 4 years.
Tom is Vice President of Building Service Inc (BSI) in Milwaukee and specializes with commercial flooring needs of its clients along with other construction needs. Tom has been with BSI for 19 years and has been vice president since 2000.
Tom serves on many construction organization boards including Southeastern Wisconsin Floor Coverers Association, American Subcontractors Association, Allied Construction Employers Association, and serves on committees with Associated General Contractors of Milwaukee.

Mr. Drumel is serving his first year as a board member of the IBAW and has been involved with the organization for the past 8 years.
Dave is Vice President of Construction at Staff Electric which is based in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. Staff Electric is one of the largest electrical contractors in southeastern Wisconsin and specializes in providing design-build and design-assist electrical and telecommunications services for customers in a broad range of industries.
Dave has been in the construction industry for over 25 years, and has a BS in Electrical Engineering from UW-Milwaukee.
He is also a member of the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA), Wisconsin Society of Professional Engineers (WSPE), and is on the Board of Directors and a Past President of the Illuminating Engineering Society (IES-Milwaukee).

Mr. Elton has been an IBA member for over 17 years, many of those serving on the IBA Board. He began his banking career began in 1961 first in operations, later in lending and lastly in executive positions undefined at Marine National Exchange Bank, Midland National Bank and F&M Bank. He left banking in 1992 to start Advantage Leasing Corporation, a closely held direct business lender. Advantage finances business equipment nationwide, specializing in $5,000 to $200,000 loans.
Advantage Leasing’s primary focus is financing customers of equipment manufacturers, distributors and dealers. Advantage also works directly with borrowers- -nearly half their business is repeat or referral business from past or present borrowers. As a well capitalized direct lender in an industry dominated by brokers and giant banks Advantage has better terms and more flexibility with a unique understanding of small business and commonsense underwriting helps turn transactions into relationships.
Larry attended Ripon College, University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (BA- -Economics) and subsequently took various advanced business and accounting courses. He has three grown children and six grandchildren and lives with his wife Gayle and dog Dolly in Elm Grove, Wisconsin.

Mr. Kuwayama is a member of the Banking and Financial Institutions practice group in the firm's Milwaukee office. Jason focuses his practice on bank mergers and acquisitions, asset purchases and sales, bank regulation and compliance, and general securities matters.
Jason has significant experience with representing financial institutions in the purchase and sale of commercial and residential asset portfolios in both performing and non-performing markets. He routinely represents financial institutions in connection with structured portfolio offerings and sales of commercial assets. Jason has represented numerous financial institutions throughout the United States by serving as their lead counsel in connection with the trading of approximately $8.5 billion of distressed assets, including commercial loans, commercial and residential real estate loans, commercial paper, and syndicated credit facilities. He also develops correspondent programs for clients that purchase and sell performing loan portfolios in the secondary market.
Jason graduated with honors from Northwestern University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in communication with a concentration in argumentation and advocacy. Jason earned his law degree from Marquette University Law School, where he was a teaching assistant for the Legal Writing and Research program and was a member of the school's Moot Court Executive Board.
While in law school, Jason competed in the National Appellate Advocacy Competition, was a finalist in the Jenkins Moot Court Competition, received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award, and was named to the Dean's List.

Ms. Major is the Executive Director of SAFE BABIES HEALTHY FAMILIES, the newly-merged organization of the agencies formerly known as, Pregnancy Support Connection and Healthy Families of Waukesha County. Nancy joined Pregnancy Support Connection as its Executive Director also known in Waukesha as the “UP Connection” in August of 2008.
Nancy is an experienced business leader having held executive-level management positions for over 20 years in both the corporate and non-profit business sectors. Nancy holds a Masters in Business Administration and has earned professional certification as a Business Coach/Consultant, as well. Combining her extensive management experience with her
background in human services, she offers a unique perspective on business leadership within the non-profit community.
Nancy has been a member of IBA since 2009 and a board director since 2011.
